Always had a great experience at this practice. Our silly cat, Frodo was recently rushed in after he became very ill and needed emergency surgery. Fati is a great vet, explained everything clearly and really looked after him with great care.

Moved from a different vets and so thankful I did. The ladies on reception are so welcoming and very approachable. The lady we went in to see was lovely and made willow feel very comfortable. Thank you all this is by far the best vets we have visited and don’t plan on changing again :) .

A huge thankyou to Fati and the team for looking after our Daisy so well. I have been with this practice for years. They looked after our special boy Benjiboo from him being a pup to his restful last days aged 16 yrs. And now they are looking after our special girl Daisy. She had a major operation on her cruciate ligament and again all of the team went above and beyond! Fati has been amazing and assists very happy and calm to see him. Daisy loves going to see everyone and the after care is amazing. - James also takes care of all the paperwork for your claim taking the stress off! Thanks James. I can not recommend this practice enough! Your fur babies are In The best of hands ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Honestly we have had such a lovely experience each time we go to Vets4Pets for our dog Otto. We heard of them from one of their lovely nurse Paige out one day after struggling to find a vets that felt reliable and friendly. We are often welcomed by Lauren and Linzy on reception who are so friendly, super helpful and always interact with Otto. It's easy to get in touch by phone and they are amazing at calling you up to remind you of appointments as well as providing you with all the information you need. The clinical team always make Otto feel as settled as possible in the practice. We had Otto in for his castration and tooth removal this week. Vicky kept us up to date on how everything was going via WhatsApp with cute pictures throughout his short stay. Shannon then gave us all our post op information and brought him out to us. The rest of the team have always been great when attending check ups. We both feel like this is a practice that not only treats Otto but really takes care of him. It's nice knowing that when we leave him we know he is in good hands. Highly recommend!

Great place to take our bunnies! We have a plan with vets4pets too so got a discount when they were recently spayed. The advice they gave was fantastic and when one of them (pic attached for attention haha) wasn't well the next day they said to bring her in and sorted her.
